While researching culinary courses worldwide I stumbled upon the International Center for Culinary Arts Dubai. It offers a 3 month certified course that covers all the necessities of cooking. “Over 620 hours of intensive hands on training, delivered over three months, six days a week on a full time basis, leading to a City & Guilds, London, IVQ Level 2 qualification.”

Since most other international courses are 6-9 months and exorbitantly expensive ICCA can be a good option for anyone who just wants to try something new, and it’s reasonable running about 2000KD for the full course.
